Pax Romana


The Pax Romana was a time in ancient Rome when the empire began again. The first emperors ruled during the Pax Romana. Pax Romana means Roman Peace. It lasted from 27 B.C to 193 A.D . The Pax Romana was the period when Rome expanded their empire. The Pax Romana was the time that Augustus Ceasar ruled over Rome.

Pax Romana is pronounced (PAKS ro-MA-na), right? Roman times must be very peaceful. Or bad. Either way, Rome became bigger and BIGGER until they can't make it super big anymore.
