Cartography!

During our outdoor mapmaking-using-chalk activity, I learned hiow tough it really was for cartographers to make maps. Also, i discovered how perfect a map would need to be for a sailor or a car driver to find his way to where he wants to go.

Making those maps were hard! Who wouldv'e thought that one map would be so hard to draw? First finding out where this and that goes, drawing it, then labeling? It must be tiring! And hard. Now I am very happy that I don't need to be a Cartographer (Cartographist? Cartographiysics?)

Making those chalk maps were fun although it's harder to make real maps.

Yeah, I agree that trying to make the map of all the continents was hard! I realized how hard mapmakers (cartographers?) worked to make the "perfect" maps and record every detail of the area.

Making those maps were awesome but it was kinda hard trying to get the features. I can't even imagine how a cartographer even does all the labeling and getting all the features.
