A Memorable Experience

On the first day of school, on the first period of the day, I entered Mr. G's classroom, nervous with aniticipation about the start of the Whitney lifestyle. To calm us down, he played a game with us, so we could find out about others. From then on, I knew, at least, I would be able to start the day off with a good class. Throughout the year, we started using innovative methods of teaching such as blogging and acting out skits. This year has been memorable, not only to be in Whitney, but learning in a different way in Mr. G's class. In addition to the blogging, we used technology to start a new global education project (aka GEP). Through this project, I hope that in the future, we can use camcorders to videotape us, and other schools around the world to both learn about them, and connect with each other.

To the future broadcast journalism great! Mr. Harrison, I look forward to having you in class in the future and challenge you. (you will learn to be a leader in broadcast, no doubt---it's not as easy as it sounds). See you next year.
