Stereotypes in Aladdin (Islamic world)

In the Islamic world, there are large palaces and big domes. There's also lots of camels and lots of things to buy in the market place. The stereotypes are that Islamic people are thieves just like the character Aladdin. Another one is that the sultan always have this mustache and they wear this fancy hat. Some people lived in the streets and had no food. There were genies and they grant three wishes. The Islamic world were sandy in some parts. The movie Aladdin was very much like the Islamic world.

I didn't know about the thief and sultan stereotypes. Cool. But hilarious. Good post.
