Samurais are the Most Awesomest

Though the knights may think that they are the best, there are soldiers that are better trained in ways of mental and physical attributes. Knight walking around in pride with their heavy metal armor, are most likely unable to move. In addition, the stiffened, toughened leather to provide space between the metal and arm make it very uncomfortable, along with needing much energy just to do practical things. Furthermore, to even run or attack would be much harder, with the small amount of energy they have had left use, would be quite difficult, with the fact that their armor weighed more than 65 pound, including that their weapons weighed an additional more than 35 pounds. As for the samurais, their metal and wood armor were lightweight permitting them to be able to move significantly faster that knights were able to. Even more, their training of swiftness with heavy items has helped them gain knowledge of how to be quicker and build the physique to be quicker. metal plates added on the vital areas of their neck, arms, legs, and head created better protection from attacks of the opponent. With lightweight equipment, they were able to carry three weapons; their primary weapon, usually a katana, a wakizashi, and also sometimes a bow.
Dedicated to their code of honor called bushido, samurais show their amount of dedication, through a way of suicide called seppuku, if they had ever failed to bushido. However, knights on the other hand, were too lenient on their ways of chivalry, making them frequently disobeying their code in chivalry. For example, a group of people name the Crusaders highly amounted their pride in Christianity. Taking their minds off of following the ways of chivalry, they killed anyone who refused to convert to Christianity, or tortured people until they did. Samurais were to protect the daimyo no matter what case, and little did they disobey, because they knew that they had already been sworn to protect the daimyo even in terms of death. Additionally, many knights also hid from protecting the poor, if their life ever highly depended on it.
Though, in several ways, samurais hold similarities to knights, the differences that make the samurais uniquely special, help people to know that samurais held a higher position than knights had. Unlike the knights, samurais have a much longer history than knights did, along with knowing that samurais had trained at a much younger age than knights did, showing a fact that samurais were much more experienced and skilled than knights were.
