The Knights are better than Samurais in skill, protection, and also they are more respected. The training of knights start at the age of 10 while the samurai's start at 3 which means that it will be an easier task because if it is possible to start at the age of 3 than it must be easy. It is also possible that women can become samurais which means that it does not need as much strenghth. Also when they trained, they learned how to use multiple weapon, horse riding, and many other skills needed to become a successful knight. With the samurais, they used swords and bows but that is for long range and it means that they were not as strong, for knights specialized in short range weapon which are more heavy. Many say that their armor is too heavy to walk around with, but since they were training since 10, they have enough strength walk or run around wearing that heavy armor. Though the samurais have light armor which means that they do not have enough strength to wear heavy armors like the knights. Another reason is the armor which goes with the protection. The armor of the knights cover ALL of their body. The armor of the samurai have few weak spots that are not covered. They may be quick but if shot with an arrow or stabbed at the spot left open, then death will be waiting for them. The knights armor may not be light but they had enough protection to go against sword attacks. They also had shields which they can use to block attacks and also attack as well. Lastly, the knights were more honorable. They followed the code of chivalry which made them protect all citizen, including women and the weak. They were also Christian so if someone did wrong then they forgave and gave them another chance. It was different with the samurais, because they followed the bushido which made them mainly protect their masters and if they did wrong then they had to commit suicide. Most people heard stories about honorable knights since they were little but no one remembers hearing stories about honorable samurais. Knights are better and Samurais are weak and useless.
