Samurai Tackle Down Knights
There are many similarities that connect samurai and knights together, but it is pretty obvious that samurai were much more skilled and wiser than knights.
Samurai, the fierce warriors of Japan, were not only protectors of the daimyo, but helpers to all. They followed a code of honor called a bushido with their own willingness that called for generosity, bravery, and courage. Samurai had to be loyal to their lords, even if it meant that they couldn't protect their family. This shows that samurai were dedicated in being samurai, not that they couldn't support their family while serving their lords. But knights were cowards and would rather live a long life than die an honorable death.
Also, samurai trained longer than knights, and therefore were more trained and prepared to defend their damiyo. They learned how to ride horses during combat while handling weapons such as swords and bows and arrows.
