Virtual Fieldtrip to Europe!

On our " virtual fieldtrip " to Europe, I think we should visit Italy, and more specifically, the city of Rome! There are many interesting points such as the delicious food(below), the amazing architecture, and the culture itself!

Their food consists of lots of olive oil(olive is a main export),pasta, and herbs! A Roman-influenced food is the Roman Ricotta Cheesecake.

The ingredients and measurements (which I got from http://www.deliciousitaly.com/) are:

120g plain flour, 225g ricotta cheese 1 beaten egg, bay leaves,and 120g clear honey.



Italian architecture includes the Coliseum, and the Leaning Tower Of Pisa.
They were clearly influenced by the Roman's style.

That's why we should go to Italy on our "fieldtrip"!
