A trip to Europe
We should visit the colosseum of Rome, the Pantheon(temple of all gods), the forum, and the baths of Diocletian. Roman people were interested in portraiture like making statues that look like a particular person. As the Roman soldiers marched through Greece, they would see a lot of Greek art in the temples. Most people were farmers and most people who worked on farms were slaves. They grew wheat, barley, olives, grapes, apples, onions, and celery. In villages, most people lived in mud-brick apartment buildings. Pooor people who lived near the Mediterranean Sea ate food that would grow in very dry areas. The romans thought that there were many gods and that the gods controlled different parts of the world. For the romans their emperors were gods or close to gods.
