ARCHITECTURE


The Colosseum Flavian Amphiteathre is a "BIG" part of history,first it's 188m by 156m and the height of 48m.It can hold up to 55,000 spectators and could enter trough no less than 80 entrances.It had four stories,the lower story was for lower classes and women.Under the Colosseum were wild animals and medical devices.The cages were the animals were enabling the animals to appear in the middle of the arena

Excellent post Diego. I can imagine all the activities that took place in the Coliseum especially with animals and humans together. I'm glad that our coliseum in Los Angeles does not have the same activities today!

That is cool. There must be a lot going on in the Coliseum especially because of its large size and I understand how it's an important part of history.
