Julias Ceasar
I learned that because Julias Caesar was liked by many people. He was a brilliant leader. But unfortunately, the senators all plotted together and assassinated Julias Caesar. After being assassinated, his adopted son, Augustus, took his place.

lol, you mispelled caesar. anyway ur statement was vague. because caesar was popular everyone hated him? that's what it sounds like.

yes he was assassinated by political rivals and senators. So i put "people around him". (cuz they are people around him)

I think that everyone did like him but some people just hated him like every other emperor. Someone always has to hate the emperor...
And now Augustus is known as Octavian!!!:)
actually, Julius Caesar was plotted against and murdured by fellow senators and even his own friend, who i believe was named Brutus or sumthing
